Online streamer ChudTheBuilder, whose real name is Dalton Levi Eatherly, has alleged that he was subjected to degrading and inhumane conditions while being held in jail, claiming he spent time in a urine-soaked cell with little regard for his basic well-being.
The online streamer, who is currently being held at the Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville for attempted murder, received national media attention following the May 13 shooting incident outside the Montgomery County courthouse, where he allegedly fired multiple shots at a Black man identified as Joshua Fox.
