CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – When Nichole Brannen shops for her four children, even sticking to a budget can cost nearly $800.
“Every year, I’m still spending about $200 per child, and that’s too much still for me,” Brannen said. “That’s not even getting them an actual wardrobe, if that makes sense. Like that’s giving them still like only a couple bottoms and a couple tops because things are so expensive.”
