The $35 million redevelopment of Lincoln Homes in Clarksville is well underway, providing the community with a whole new look, according to Wanda Allen, executive director of the Clarksville Housing Authority.
“It’s moving full speed ahead now,” Allen said. The former Clarksville City Councilman, spoke to the council during its Executive Session held on Thursday, July 30, presenting an update for the project.
