CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — One of the men convicted of killing four employees at a Clarksville Taco Bell in 1994 is suing the state for the return of his car and other property seized during the investigation.
Courtney B. Mathews, 51, filed a civil lawsuit from prison on Friday, Aug. 7, against the Montgomery County District Attorney General and the Clarksville Police Department.
