CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has issued a Silver Alert for a man missing from Clarksville.
The TBI said 66-year-old Thomas Flippin was last seen Aug. 12 near 135 Commerce Street in Clarksville.
Flippin was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black pants and black shoes. The Clarksville Police Department said he may have mental health concerns.
