DAVIDSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — Newly released dash camera video shows a Cheatham County deputy firing shots at a suspect’s vehicle before a high-speed chase in Davidson County last week.
The incident began at Eddie’s Hardware Market and Deli on Highway 70 as a deputy attempted to make contact with 57-year-old Mark Boone, who was wanted in connection with several crimes.
Video released by law enforcement shows the deputy pulling in behind Boone’s Jeep and approaching the passenger side of the vehicle. Investigators said Boone refused commands to get out of the vehicle before driving away.
