CLARKSVILLE, TN – A new Veterans Memorial Mural honoring the men and women of the United States Armed Forces has been completed in downtown Clarksville as part of the City of Clarksville’s Colors and Concrete public art project.
Created by local artist and U.S. Army veteran Fred Seghetti, the large scale mural pays tribute to those who have served in every branch of the Armed Forces, with special remembrance for those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
At the center of the mural is the iconic Fallen Soldier Battle Cross, surrounded by a world map and the seals representing the six branches of the Armed Forces: the U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard.
