Clarksville council weighs traffic concerns over new development proposal near Costco site

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — As plans move forward for Clarksville’s first Costco and the massive Freedom Farms development, another property nearby could eventually bring even more development, and more traffic, to the area.

The Clarksville City Council voted 9-3 Thursday night to approve two access points along Ted Crozier Boulevard for property near Dunlop Lane.

The property is separate from Freedom Farms, but its proximity to the major development sparked concerns about how much busier the area could become as Clarksville continues to grow…
