MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — Firefighters responding to a tobacco barn fire had an added element of danger amid extreme heat in the area.
According to the Montgomery County Fire Department, crews were called to Springdale Road Saturday morning to a tobacco barn on fire.

When they arrived, MCFD said units saw heavy flames and smoke showing from the barn.
The fire was brought under control by firefighters, who had to set up for rural water supply using dump trucks, according to MCFD.
