If you’re missing the sights and sounds of a fair, or maybe you missed out during the Western Kentucky State Fair this summer, worry not, because the Fair Board is bringing back a taste of the fair later this month.
On September 18 and September 19, the Demolition Derby and the Truck and Tractor Pulls return to the grandstands at the fairgrounds and Fair Board Chair Kent Boyd invited the community to come have some fun starting at 7:30 p.m. Friday and 7 p.m. Saturday. He says this is a chance for the community to come together in a farewell to summer and a hello to autumn.
He says they will be starting the tractor pulls promptly at 7 p.m., so if you’re wanting to participate, you’ll need to be weighed in and ready to roll by that time…
