A Guthrie man was charged with possession of drugs after a request to check his welfare on North Main Street in Hopkinsville Tuesday night. Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the Dollar General to check on 61-year-old Jerry Mullen who was seen snorting something up his nose while in a vehicle.
