A Hopkinsville woman was arrested on a warrant charging her with assault Wednesday afternoon in connection to a fight in Hopkinsville. Hopkinsville Police say on October 15th, 23-year-old Katlyn Orten got into a fight with someone in a parking lot, and when they fell down, she grabbed the victim’s head and hit it repeatedly against the ground.
