A failed hiding spot led to a new definition of security blanket for one Joelton woman.
Nina Laurel Putty, 42, was convicted of possession of a schedule II drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, evading arrest on foot and resisting arrest in the Cheatham County General Sessions Court on April 22.
According to arrest affidavits, during a traffic stop on Highway 41A on April 14, the driver of a vehicle gave deputies consent to search the vehicle.
