Tampa, FL – A new connection across Tampa Bay is now available after transportation officials officially opened a dedicated trail for pedestrians and cyclists on the Howard Frankland Bridge.
The newly completed pathway creates the first permanent route for walkers, runners, and bicyclists to travel between Hillsborough and Pinellas counties using the Howard Frankland Bridge.
