ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA)— A St. Petersburg man is accused of sending an email to a victim, threatening to kill them while he was in custody at the Pinellas County Jail.
According to a police report, Keo Elliott sent an email to the victim on July 22, while he was in custody.
The email sent by Elliott said, ” Get the f*** off my case u stupid b**** I will have u and (redacted) murdered in cold blood so do ur self a favor and delete me off the tablet and your roster of inmates ur not helping u stupid b**** I can pull strings to get you killed b****.”…
