PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – Drivers in Pinellas County should prepare for several daytime, overnight, and long-term lane closures scheduled across major local routes starting this week.
Overnight roadwork will affect two heavily traveled stretches of highway beginning Sunday, September 20. On US 19, crews will close lanes between State Road 580 (Main Street) and State Road 586 (Curlew Road) from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night through Thursday, September 24.
A few miles south on State Road 60 (Court Street), lane closures at Ewing Avenue are set for the same stretch of nights, running from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Later in the week, additional overnight work on State Road 60 (Gulf to Bay Boulevard) will shut down lanes at South Bayshore Boulevard on Thursday, September 24, and Friday, September 25, between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m…
