ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — A St. Petersburg man is facing a felony charge and will be forced to surrender his firearms after his neighbor said he threatened to shoot him over a $40 dispute.
The victim had agreed to perform yard work for the suspect, 47-year-old Christopher Fouts, for $160, but only received $120, court documents said.
