SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – The man accused of crashing into the Clearwater Ferry in 2025 was due back in court Monday, records show.
Prosecutors say Jeffrey Knight was behind the wheel of his boat when he ran up and over the Clearwater Ferry with 45 people on board in April 2025, prosecutors said.
One ferry passenger, Jose Castro, was killed in the collision and 10 other were injured.
