BROOK PARK, Ohio (WOIO)— A Brook Park couple will not serve prison time after abandoning four pets found in “deplorable conditions” and losing custody of their seven children.
Rhonda Tanner, 39, and Angel Salva, 54, moved out of their home and left the animals without food and water for more than a week, according to police.
