WESTLAKE, Ohio – Officers responded at 4:15 p.m. on June 1 to a report of a hit-skip crash in the parking lot of Kitchen Social on Crocker Road.
The suspect vehicle, a gray sedan, had fled northbound on Crocker Road after the crash. However, the victim managed to take note of the car’s license plate before it left.
Officers located the suspect vehicle as it exited I-90 at Columbia and headed toward Bay Village. As the officers were catching up, they saw the vehicle drift into oncoming traffic and then weave off the road to the right and onto the adjacent tree lawn…
