OLMSTED TOWNSHIP, Ohio — After a one-off pop-up affair last fall, the newly formed Olmsted Township Co-Op is moving forward with monthly farmers markets at the Dog Park and Nature Trail located on Schady Road.
“Me and a few other local business women in the Olmsted Township area got together and said we really see a gap for us to sell our goods, come together as a community and showcase what we have,” said Olmsted Township Co-Op President Allyson Brothag, who last year founded the nonprofit.
“So we threw it together in probably under 30 days. It had really great feedback from the vendors and from the community, saying they’d love to see more of this.”…
