CLEVELAND, Ohio – More than a month ago, former Melt Bar and Grilled owner Matt Fish said he was aiming for a mid-June opening for his new concept in the former Proof BBQ in Cleveland.
True to his word, that restaurant – Proof Public House – is right on time. Fish said the official opening is slated for Monday, June 15.
