Ohio pharmacist arrested overseas pleads guilty in IRS fraud case

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – An Ohio pharmacist who was indicted over a decade ago and was a fugitive on the run, has pleaded guilty in his role defrauding the IRS.

According to the Department of Justice (DOJ), 57-year-old Sbeih Sbeih, previously of North Olmsted, was located and arrested earlier this year overseas in the country of Georgia.

Sbeih pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud the IRS, and back in February, he was arrested after being on the run for 11 years…
