Sommers Development Group and ProBuilt Homes recently announced Shankland Reserve, a new upscale townhome community planned along Shankland Boulevard in Willoughby.
City officials have reported the townhome project has gone through the city’s review process and received the necessary approvals for development plans to move forward.
