NORTH ROYALTON, Ohio (WOIO) – A North Royalton Police officer filed a lawsuit against city officials on Wednesday for demoting and disciplining her in connection with an investigation into an OVI arrest of a former deputy chief.
This comes after former North Royalton police officer Spencer Lowe was fired in April for blowing the whistle on city officials who tampered with a police report to protect another officer, according to the May 14 lawsuit.
