EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – U.S. Marshals rescued three siblings Thursday afternoon who were missing from children’s services since March.
Marshals said its SPEAR Unit found the children in East Cleveland with their mother, Chaquitta Luster, who does not have custody.
She was arrested on a warrant for interference of custody, according to a news release.
Marshals said the siblings — a 17-year-old boy, 12-year-old girl and 10-year-old boy— went missing March 30 from the Jane Edna Building on Euclid Avenue in Cleveland…
