CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cleveland Division of Police First District is seeking the identification of a person who committed an aggravated robbery and kidnapping on July 1.
According to police, the person committed the aggravated robbery and kidnapping near W 130th Street and West Avenue.
