Many NE Ohio counties, including Stark, are under a flood watch

Northeast Ohio, including Stark County, is on a flood watch until 11 p.m. July 6 due to potential rainfall, the National Weather Service says.

Rain rates of greater than 2 inches per hour are expected, which can lead to “extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers.”

The weather service says low-lying, urban and poor-drainage areas will be at risk…
