CLEVELAND — Last week, Cuyahoga County and other parts of the state went through a few weather events, including a heat wave and storms, that led to numerous power outages.
The heat wave and storms knocked out power to many communities across Cuyahoga County, including Lakewood, which left thousands to swelter in their homes on the hottest days of the year so far.
For residents who are in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and lost power, Cuyahoga County Job and Family Services is reminding them that they could receive replacement benefits if they qualify…
