CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 35-year-old Cleveland man accused of trying to kidnap a two-year-old girl at a Lakewood playground, pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Court Monday.
Zechariah Daniel Joseph Crawford’s bond was lowered from $2 million to $500,000.
