CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A former Village of Timberlake police officer was indicted on two misdemeanor charges in connection with an incident at a downtown bar.
Earlier this month, Mansell Baker, 42, was indicted on the charges of dereliction of duty and not reporting a felony.
