CUYAHOHA COUNTY, Ohio (WJW) – Tens of thousands of residents on Cleveland’s west side dealt with a series of power outages on Tuesday, which left homes and businesses in the dark across Cuyahoga County.
The affected cities included Cleveland, Rocky River, Lakewood, North Olmsted, Fairview Park and Westlake.
