CLEVELAND — Attorneys for a Toledo man charged in the 1997 killing of Catherine “Cathy” Parisi are asking a judge to throw out the case, arguing that a decades-long delay in bringing charges has deprived their client of a fair trial.
Michael Bukowski is accused of aggravated murder in connection with the disappearance of the 26-year-old Cleveland woman, who was working as an escort at the time of her disappearance. Her body has never been found.
