MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio – A wanted Cleveland woman, 32, was arrested July 14 outside a flophouse on Stroud Road.
A neighbor called police at about 5 p.m. after seeing the woman unloading groceries from her car, which was parked in the home’s driveway, and carrying the groceries inside.
