A land swap with the Cleveland Clinic resulted in Bikur Cholim acquiring a larger piece of property where it intends to build its Cleveland Comfort House, a $10-million, three-story care facility.
The Cleveland Clinic acquired 8931 Cedar Ave. in Cleveland’s Fairfax neighborhood along with 2116 and 2118 East 90th Street in a deal that closed July 27, according to Cuyahoga County property records. In return, Bikur Cholim gets an 0.82-acre parcel that the Clinic owned at the corner of Chester Avenue and East 93rd Street, which is currently used as a gravel parking lot.
Because it was a trade, there is no dollar amount listed for any of the transactions…
