Fort Bragg soldier accused of rape after found with missing 12-year-old at Ohio hotel

(QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A U.S. Army soldier from Fort Bragg has been arrested in Ohio after police found him with a 12-year-old runaway inside a hotel room, authorities announced.

According to Montville Police, officers were called to a hotel in Montville Township on Aug. 14 while searching for a missing girl, who had reportedly run away from Willowick, Ohio.

Investigators said they learned that Jayden Fox, 21, of Palatka, Florida, had met the 12-year-old child online. Police said Fox was on a four-day leave from the Army at Fort Bragg and had traveled to the Willowick area to meet the girl and pick her up…
