WILLOUGHBY, Ohio – Candy Cloud Company is officially open in Lake County. The specialty drink franchise, which was founded in Illinois, is the first of its kind in Ohio. The Willoughby location, the third storefront in the United States, is owned and operated by husband and wife duo Rick and Clarissa Standing. They told 3News reporter Kierra Cotton that they were happy to have a line down the street for their grand opening on Friday, March 8.
