First 100 guests get year of free burritos at new Fairlawn QDOBA opening Monday 🌯

QDOBA Mexican Eats’ second Northeast Ohio franchise will be on the map Monday with the grand opening of its Fairlawn location .

The fast-casual Mexican concept, which is coming back to the Northeast Ohio area with a focus on franchises, will open in Fairlawn at 10:30 a.m. with free burritos or bowls every month for a year to the first 100 people in line at 3750 W. Market St.

At noon, the Fairlawn Chamber of Commerce and Fairlawn Mayor Russell Sharnsky will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Franchise partners Amanda Ristic, who lives in Detroit and has a residence in Beachwood, and Amit and Kalpesh Patel of the Chicago area, are owners of the new Fairlawn location. They also opened their first Northeast Ohio franchise in February in Lyndhurst.

The franchisees also plan to open another QDOBA in Strongsville by the end of the year.

QDOBA has more than 730 locations in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, including Ohio locations in Akron; the Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati areas; Athens; Bowling Green and Marietta. QDOBA at the University of Akron’s Student Union , 303 Carroll St., is corporate-owned.
