Cleveland police seek help locating ‘endangered’ 16-year-old boy

CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are asking the public for help locating a missing teen boy who is considered endangered.

Police say 16-year-old Joseph Rice is autistic and has a history of running away. He was previously reported missing on April 8 and later found on April 16 in the 16100 block of Lakeshore Boulevard, police say. Officers responded to the 14300 block of Kelso Avenue after Rice was reported missing again on Saturday.

Joseph Rice was last seen wearing a pink jogging suit with red writing and carrying a a red, white and black Jordan brand backpack. Police say he does not have access to his prescribed medications…
