MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio — A Cleveland man, 47, came to the station April 10 demanding property be returned to him that he said he never received after being in jail in October.
He said that it was an envelope, containing paperwork, and said that it had been kept in the lockers in the station’s lobby.
