CLEVELAND — Members of the Cleveland Division of Fire recovered a body from the Cuyahoga River near Tremont Thursday night.
Officials tell 3News crew members from a passing freighter spotted the male victim floating in the water before contacting the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
