CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The attorney for Bionca Ellis, the woman convicted of killing a toddler at the North Olmsted Giant Eagle, has now filed her appellate brief.
On Oct. 27, 2025, Ellis was sentenced to life in prison with no parole for killing 3-year-old Julian Wood.
