Man accused of intentionally hitting referee with car indicted by Cuyahoga County Grand Jury

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Timothy Ruble, the 19-year-old accused of hitting a referee with his car in the Cleveland Metroparks, is facing new charges.

Court records show a Cuyahoga County grand jury indicted Ruble on Wednesday.

He is now charged with attempted murder, two counts of felonious assault, and tampering with evidence.

His arraignment is scheduled for May 28th…
