WILLOUGHBY, Ohio — The Downtown Willoughby Rib Burn Off will return Saturday and Sunday for its 13th year, bringing two days of food, live music, and family activities to the city’s downtown district.
The free event has grown into one of Downtown Willoughby’s largest annual spring festivals, drawing thousands of visitors from across Northeast Ohio each year.
