OLMSTED TOWNSHIP, Ohio — The revitalization of Olmsted Township’s town center includes proposed town center mixed-use development Villas at Terra Creek from Granger Properties LLC at 27153 Bagley Road.
“The development that’s coming through is a multi-use planned development with 50 townhomes,” Township Administrator Gary Yelenosky said. “The single-family units located in the back of the lot will be for rent.
“Then in the front, there are two commercial out lots…
