COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Colorado Springs is home to a rich history and plenty of notable people, but inventor Nikola Tesla left a unique imprint on the city during his time here.
At Memorial Park, a historical marker is all that remains of the Tesla Experimental Station, where Tesla conducted work in 1899. The site was torn down in 1904 after Tesla suddenly abandoned it.
