(COLORADO SPRINGS) — One suspect was taken into custody on multiple charges after he broke into an apartment and was shot at in the area of 12500 Toscana Heights on Friday, Sep. 4, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD).
CSPD stated they received a report saying the suspect, 34-year-old Robert Fusco, was forcing entry into the door of the apartment near Voyager Parkway with tools and threatened harm to the victim.
Before CSPD got to the scene, they said they were updated that Fusco was successful in breaking into the apartment, but the victim fired a gun at him, which led to Fusco running away…
