FALCON, Colo. (KKTV) — Local leaders and homebuilders met Wednesday to talk about the cost of housing and what could make buying a home more affordable in the Pikes Peak region.
U.S. Rep. Jeff Crank hosted the roundtable in Falcon. Builders pointed to state energy and electrical requirements, insurance and development costs as some of the expenses they say are adding to the price of new homes.
