COLORADO SPRINGS Colo. (KRDO) — Two changes on the west side of 31st Street will be made by the city in the fall to improve safety on cross streets.
The 31st Street Improvement project is set to replace the bridge at Water Street. The other part of the project is changing the four-way stop at Fontanero Street to a roundabout.
