(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is looking for a burglary suspect as well as additional victims who may have had contact with him.
According to CSPD, on Sept. 1, officers responded to a burglary on the Colorado College (CC) campus. The initial investigation developed enough information to identify the suspect as Jesse Lupo, a registered sex offender. Then, on Sept. 14, CSPD received another report that Lupo had once again gained access to a building on the CC campus.
Detectives with CSPD’s Domestic Violence Adult Sexual Assault Unit (DVASA) and Registered Sex Offender Unit assumed responsibility of the investigation, and an arrest warrant was issued for Lupo. Lupo has not been located, and CSPD is asking for the community’s help in locating him…
